Under Contract

We closed on our home of almost five years on 9/15/11.  The new owner is a longstanding resident of Marlboro County and we return the immaculately cared for house to a resident in better condition then we found it.  Thanks to Ann Stubbs for finding us a buyer.  Moving Forward, we are relocating to the Beaches of SC and to a small place in NC Sandhills area.
